The boring but necessary small print. . .
We aim to get your orders processed and sent to you within 3-5 working days. However due to the nature of our business, and the fact that all items are made in small batches, there may be a slight delay. We may also be away at Craft Fairs etc. We will endeavour to notify you of any longer delays and keep you updated as to the progress of your items.
Due to the handmade nature of The Little Honey Bee Company products there may be slight variations in colour, weight, size etc.
All orders are currently sent by 1st Class Royal Mail within the UK. As most of our items are small, if wishing to place a larger order it may be best to email us. We may be able to send the items in a number of small parcels rather than a larger one which often works out cheaper on the postage.

We are sure you will be very happy with your purchase from The Little Honey Bee Company. If, however, you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) in the original packaging at your own cost with 7 days of purchase for exchange or refund. When returning the item please let us have a reason for return and whether you would like a refund or exchange.
Due to the nature of beeswax our candles can be affected by extremes in weather conditions. Extremely cold weather may cause these candles to become brittle and we will not therefore send candles during extremely cold or extremely hot weather. Please bear this in mind if ordering candles for Christmas, weddings and other special occasions. If in any doubt please feel free to contact us.
